Thomas J. Novack has been practicing law for more than 24 years bringing a practical, cost-benefit analysis approach to the practice of law. Mr. Novack routinely represents national and local lenders and servicers on a statewide basis in connection with default servicing and creditor’s rights issues including loss mitigation, commercial and residential foreclosure, bankruptcy, compliance litigation (RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, and SCRA), tax certificate collections, credit card collections, mediation, loan work outs, reinstatements, and evictions.  Mr. Novack also practices in the areas of general real estate, purchase and sale, complex real estate litigation, title insurance law, probate, estate planning, small business formation, and business litigation.

Mr. Novack was born in Lorain, Ohio; and later moved to Lancaster, Ohio, where he graduated from Lancaster High School.  He earned his law degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, and has an undergraduate degree in political science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.  He is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky, including the federal and bankruptcy courts in those jurisdictions. 

Mr. Novack formerly owned and operated a real estate title agency where he was engaged in the statewide closing of residential and commercial loans. He has been a continuing legal education speaker for the National Business Institute and coaches the Worthington Kilbourne High School Mock Trial Team
